It is possible to submit a request to obtain an Official Business Account. This gives you a green badge next to your WhatsApp name.

Validation takes a maximum of 48 hours (usually just a few hours)
If the request is denied, you must wait 30 days before submitting a new one
The goal is to prove to Meta that your brand is a recognized brand.
To do this, you need to fill out a form including 5 links to external sources that mention your brand.
Press articles are perfect for this.
You should absolutely avoid affiliate articles or ones you have paid for.
WhatsApp also checks your brand’s reputation (website traffic, Google searches, backlinks, etc.).
They may therefore reject your request even if all the articles are high quality.

This means it’s still too early to submit a request. By hovering over the button, you will see the reasons.
Generally, you either need to wait until Meta has finished verifying your WhatsApp account name, or send at least 250 or 1,000 messages.
