I can't upload a GIF file in my flow
Unfortunately, GIF files are not supported by WhatsApp Business, so it's not possible to upload one in your flows.
We recommend converting it to a video format (MP4).
My image loses quality when I send it on WhatsApp
We recommend using a PNG image for better quality, as this format is better supported by WhatsApp.
My Klaviyo users are only added to a segment and not to a list
Make sure that SMS is enabled on Klaviyo. You can find a Klaviyo tutorial to do this here.

In the analytics, my status is only ‘Delivered’ but I've read the message
If you haven’t enabled read receipts in your WhatsApp, we cannot detect whether the message has been read or not.
Also, this information may take some time to appear on the platform.
How can I follow the clicks with UTM?
You can automatically create UTM links with Simio.
Go to Settings → Messages → check the box and modify according to your preferences.

Each link added to your templates will now have a UTM.
You will also have the option, if you wish, to disable tracking on a specific CTA when editing your message by turning off the button on the right:
