My test message isn’t sending
- Make sure that the template in your flow has been submitted to Meta (click “Submit” at the bottom right after editing your template) and approved (you should see the “approved” label at the top right of the template).
Also check that all images and videos are properly uploaded, and that no variable {{1}} is linked to an empty custom field. - Also make sure a payment method has been validated on Meta. If not, the message cannot be sent because Meta won’t be able to charge you.

- If you’re using custom parameters in Klaviyo, make sure they are also used in your Simio flow.
If a custom parameter isn’t mapped to a variable (for example, {{2}} in a Simio flow), the test message will fail to send. - If your WhatsApp version is outdated, the test may also fail to send.
Where can I find the ID of my campaign / automation ?
- Click on the campaign or automation for which you want to get the ID.

- Go to your browser’s address bar.

The ID is the number at the end of the link.
I've scheduled a campaign but I need to change the sending date
Go to Campaigns → Sendings

You can cancel the sending by clicking on the x on the right:

Then you can schedule again your campaign.
Move the sending schedule for late messages
This prevents messages triggered from Klaviyo from being sent after 8 PM, and instead schedules them for 10 AM the next day.
Go to Settings → Messages → check the box

My campaign exceeds the number of 'targeted contacts'

If it says Targeted Contacts: 3152/427 this means there are 427 opt-in contacts in Simio, and 3152 people in the selected segment.
If sent as is, non-opt-in contacts will not receive the message (only 427 will receive the campaign).
If you want to send it even to contacts who are not opt-ins in Simio (thus sending to all 3152 clients), you can uncheck this box as follows:

My template has been rejected by WhatsApp
There are several reasons that can explain why a template is rejected by WhatsApp:
- The content violates the Whatsapp Business policy or promotes prohibited goods or services.
- The content is abusive, threatening, or sexually explicit.
- The content is a political campaign message.
- Variables are placed at the beginning or end of the message (a template cannot start or end with a variable; there must be text before and after).
This list is not exhaustive; these are the most common reasons. If you are unsure, contact our support team, who can review your template.
