Connect Gorgias
To connect Gorgias to Simio, you need to invite thibaut@getsimio.com as an Administrator on your Gorgias environment. We will make the connection within 24 hours.
Respond from Gorgias
When someone contacts you on WhatsApp, the message is automatically created as a Gorgias ticket. If the number is already linked to a Shopify profile, it will be synchronized.
You have 24 hours to freely reply to the person by following the steps below:
You can send text messages and images.
After this 24-hour period, several options are available to you and can be combined:
Preventive: You can set up an automatic message on weekends to encourage the customer to contact you again on Monday.
😴 Automatic message when you are away
Once the 24 hours have passed, you can send a template message to the customer to ask if they still need help. As soon as they reply, the conversation window will reopen.
👋 Respond to a customer from Simio
As a last resort, you can contact the customer via another channel (call, SMS, personal WhatsApp).
