There are two possible scenarios:
- The customer is still in the open conversation window
- The conversation with the customer is closed

🔓 Open conversation window
Go to the conversation page on Simio
Search for the customer to contact
You can send him messages
If there is a "Send a template" button, then the window is closed
If you can't find the client in the “All” tab then it should be in “Closed”
🔒 Closed conversation window
If you can't find the client in the “All” tab then it should be in “Closed”
